COVID-19 Business Assistance Program

Heartland Lakes Development Commission has created the Hubbard County COVID – 19 Business Assistance Program to provide emergency financial assistance for businesses that are experiencing financial hardships due to COVID – 19 related restrictions.  The program is funded through participation agreements with local governments that have received Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) resources provided to State, Territorial, Local and Tribal Governments under section 601(a) of the Social Security Act, as added by section 5001 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”).

Applications for the second funding round are due by 4:30 pm on Thursday, Oct 1, 2020. Please contact Juliann Kjenaas with any questions related to the application.

    The submitted financial information must provide sufficient detail to identify your reduction in revenues as calculated by monthly sales for the evaluation periods of March 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019 and March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020.
