Heartland Lakes Development Commission (HLDC) is seeking an individual with excellent accounting/bookkeeping, organizational and communication skills as well as above average Microsoft Office skills for a permanent part – time administrative support position. We offer flexible scheduling within our regular business hours to fit your needs. Duties include accounting/bookkeeping duties and administrative support services such as processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reports, document preparation, database management, answering telephones, processing mail, etc. full job description available on our website. High school diploma or equivalent required, but a two – year accounting program or equivalent experience preferred.
